    God Cares

God sees your need and makes plans to take care of them. He is touched by your needs and has compassion for you. There is a clear difference between Jesus and His disciples. Jesus wants to help the people but His disciples think the people should help themselves (Matt. 14:15-16). The fact is that while others advance an argument to keep you in bondage, Jesus looks for opportunities to relieve you of your pain and suffering. This is what happened at the feeding of the 5,000.

God is the God of order. Jesus knew what to delegate and what to do Himself. He commanded that they should make the people sit down – so there will be order at the place. Imagine 5,000 people standing and being served food. Order reduces confusion. One thing that moves our Lord Jesus is when He sees the needs of people, and your needs move Him greatly.

Jesus’ heart was to make sure that the sheep are not prey to the enemy. So He protected them. The disciples wanted them to go and find food for themselves but Jesus said “they do not need to go away. You give them something to eat”. What if something happens to them on the way? That is the God we serve. May He meet all your needs in a manner that beats human imagination.

  • Jesus the GOOD Shepherd!

    Jesus the GOOD Shepherd!

Whenever I pray through Psalm 23, I feel so refreshed. Jesus IS our Shepherd. He told His disciples that He IS the GOOD Shepherd, and immediately added that “the Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep” (see John 10:11). He distinguished between those who are hired to do the job and those who do it from the heart. It is a powerful concept of leadership and He showed us the example. Leadership is about caring about the people we lead, feeling for them and being touched by their needs and challenges. We, like sheep, need guidance, care, comfort, food, protection, and other provisions. When this Good Shepherd is your Lord, He cares about every aspect of your life. He makes you lie down in green pastures (total provision). In fact, He is with you in every storm and watches over you jealously. Take heart and know that once you know Christ, you are in good hands.

Take a moment to pray for your church and your place of work. Pray that the presence of God will be felt mightily. The earth is the LORD’S and all the fullness thereof. Declare His Lordship over your environment and pray that He will take His place.

  • The Parable of the Sower

    The Parable of the Sower

    Soil Type 1. Roadside/ Wayside

People trampled it down, and the birds came and picked it from the heart. They hear (vrs 12). It gets into their heart.
But satan fights against the Word to make sure they do not believe. Satan wants to keep us from believing but we should not let him.

The sower is looking for abundant harvest but the bird is looking for food. The bird does not care about your fruitfulness. God’s plan for your life and satan’s plans for your life are different. Close every door to satan and allow God to lead and guide you. This person is exposed to a lot of evil things. People walked on it because it is common ground. They hear the Word of God but do not understand. Because they
do not believe, the Word does not stay in
them. Guard your heart diligently and know the purpose of God for your life. Strengthen your commitment to the things of God. Have a strong sense of belonging.
